Mecel Engineering Training Program

Mecel Engineering Training Program (METP) is a training program that educate our engineers in the core competencies needed when developing systems and software for automotive industry today.

Our employee’s knowledge and experience is the key to our success of, providing the best developed products as well as providing the best services available in the industry. Therefore we continuously widen and deepen the knowledge base of each employee.

The METP consists of a number of courses in what we consider is our core competence and we have become experts in. The courses are developed in-house and some are also part of the training services we provide to other companies.

As a new employee at Mecel you will participate in this training program fully or partly depending on your knowledge- and experience level.
