Mecel is working with Agile software development methods to minimize the development effort needed and utilize the skills of the individuals. SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination) is used to manage processes to meet our customer’s delivery expectations and overall quality.
Spicing up the Agile approach
In many ways the Agile approach and SPICE compliance are contradictious. We have created Agile SPICE@Mecel which utilizes the best of the individuals combined with the company’s processes and long experience within the automotive industry.
The well-known “Agile Manifesto” has been reworked by Mecel after years of agile experience in projects for the Automotive Industry.
