Vehicle Communication
The electrical architecture of vehicles has evolved from "stand-alone" systems with little or no information exchange to distributed systems which exchange information on multiplex buses. The driving force for this development has been reduced complexity of the electrical wiring, and of course increased flexibility and functionality. One of the most important novelties of multiplexed architectures is that the services provided by the system - the "user-functions" - are accomplished by co-operation of subsystems.
Wireless Communication
Wireless communication plays an increasingly important role in the automotive environment. We develop communication solutions for traditional voice and data services that use widely available GSM/GPRS networks, and we are well prepared to support customers wanting to develop new related services like remote diagnostics and eCall.
